1. Acceptance of Terms

By making a reservation through Pragathi Hospitality’s website (https://pragathihospitality.com), phone, email, or any other booking channel, the guest agrees to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all reservations and stays at properties managed by Pragathi Hospitality.

2. Reservation Confirmation

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from the hotel.
  • A reservation is confirmed only after the guest receives a booking confirmation via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
  • The hotel reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings in case of technical errors, pricing errors, or unavailability.

3. Check-In and Check-Out

  • Check-In Time: 12:00 PM
  • Check-Out Time: 02:00 PM

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to room availability and may involve additional charges.

Valid government-issued photo identification is required at check-in.

  • Aadhaar Card
  • Driving License
  • Voter ID

Foreign nationals must present a valid passport and visa.

4. Payment Policy

  • Full or partial advance payment may be required to confirm a booking.
  • Payments can be made through:
  • Online payment gateway
  • UPI
  • Debit / Credit Cards
  • Bank Transfer

Additional services such as food, laundry, extra beds, or other amenities will be charged separately and must be cleared before check-out.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Free cancellation may be allowed if cancelled 48 hours before the check-in date.
  • Cancellations within 48 hours may incur one night retention charges.
  • No-show bookings will be charged the full booking amount.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

6. Modification of Booking

Any change to the reservation such as dates, number of guests, or room category is subject to availability and may result in revised room rates or additional charges.

7. Guest Responsibility

  • Guests must respect hotel property and facilities.
  • Guests should maintain appropriate behaviour and avoid disturbing other guests.
  • All guests must comply with hotel policies and local laws.

The hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation or remove guests who violate policies or cause disturbance.

8. Maximum Occupancy

Each room has a defined maximum occupancy. Additional guests may require an extra bed and additional charges.

9. Damage to Property

Guests will be financially responsible for any damage caused to hotel property,
furnishings, or equipment during their stay.

10. Valuables & Personal Belongings

Pragathi Hospitality is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the stay. Guests are advised to keep valuables secure.

11. Use of Website

By using this website, guests agree that all booking information provided is accurate. All website content, images, and branding are the property of Pragathi Hospitality and may not be copied or reused without permission.

12. Privacy

Personal information collected during bookings will be used only for reservation and service purposes and handled in accordance with our privacy practices.

13. Force Majeure

Pragathi Hospitality shall not be liable for failure to provide services due to circumstances beyond its control, including natural disasters, government regulations, strikes, or emergencies.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Kerala.
